The best material for a comfortable day on and in the water
I like these hydroprene vests from Stern a lot more than old fashioned foam under nylon. The price was so attractive that I bought at least 2 more than I needed, but a shop is a shop and everyone in the family wants to use this type of vest. My rule of thumb is if you can't stand in the lake wear a vest no matter how good your swimmer is, so comfort is important and they have it.
- The Hydroprene material is also durable, and combined with the PVC foam interior and 1.5" webbing, you're sure to catch water stains season after season. Lightweight hydroprene construction for softer comfort and greater mobility.
