I found out the price, it was worth a try as the retailer charged $160 for a remote and then $54 for programming. I received them quickly and immediately signed up for their programming (at the dealership). About 15 minutes later the guy came back with my two shiny, reprogrammed remotes. Everything worked fine and I was only charged a programming fee. By the way, don't forget to ask her to make the key for you. I forgot at first, but I went back and spoke to the guy who programmed it. He took me to the parts department and the guy cut them for me in a few minutes. Luckily we were fans of the same NHL team so there was no fee. Vendor: Remotes - $160 each Programming - $54 each Keycutting - Revane wasn't even asked Purchase: Remotes: $28 (for two) Programming: $54 (for two) Keycutting: $0 (for two) Total win win for me . Will they stand the test of time? Who knows. Even if I have to replace them every year, it's going to take a lot of these remotes to ever come close to doing what the dealer wanted them to be. -Jeff 2012 Dodge Ram 1500
