Handyman went downhill

Head (where base is attached) dangles in all directions. I can twist and wiggle it with my fingers - lots of mess. I wouldn't be surprised if it warps or breaks with moderate torque, &lt;120 ft/lbs. My 30 year old Craftsman breakers are still strung. Bought this for my kid for his job training toolkit. Told him to buy a real set when he graduates and gets a real job. I no longer buy masters.
