Overall, I have to give 5 stars here. You must have soldering experience to do this job. I cut the LED legs to the same length and trim them to even out the brightness of the light, but some areas are still brighter than others. The long leg of the LED is the positive end and you should test the LEDs on the board with a battery to see which end is positive/negative. I will try other brands of LEDs to see if I get a different uniform brightness result. But the price and what was included in the kit suited me, others charged a triple fee to have my cluster sent in, repaired and returned. The stepper motors were easy to install, just use the PCB schematic and you're done.
