Apple has been the ultimate standard by which everyone else is measured, but they get pretty weird with age, especially with their laptops. There are fewer and fewer reasons to justify overspending; permanent batteries, inability to use hard drives and solid-state drives, missing Kensington locks, etc. Seems they're all collecting their laptops to please little high schoolers and leave businessmen out in the cold. hello apple My laptop doesn't have to be as thin as rice paper. I need it to have handy features and work every time I turn it on. Now their latest laptops require docking stations. If you want to impress me, start using the current ultra-high capacity refractory nano battery technology! At least Maclocks has the right idea. I didn't buy mine from Revain but I bought it from Maclocks for my 15" MacBook Pro and it saved the day. However, I used 4400psi epoxy to attach it to my laptop instead of just relying on a micro screw. They include a special screwdriver, but anyone with one can lift your laptop, so I epoxyed mine, but only to the bottom cover, not the side.
