2nd review. So Revain sent me a new Podofo device to try and soon a serious problem arose. Now I haven't heard from the seller about a possible fix and I'll be sure to update this review if they do, but I'm very skeptical at this point. So when I try to use the app, make a call, or watch a video, the audio only goes to the rear subwoofer, distorts, and gets very quiet no matter what the volume is. I've spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to change something that should be automatic, but to no avail! I hope they give me the direction I need to fix this I hope! My factory radio in my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee has this 7" Podofo Android unit and I was happy with the price but unfortunately the old adage "you get what you pay for" applies here". The paper instructions require a magnifying glass and searching youtube for instructional videos for this device was not possible for me.i made several attempts to get technical support from the seller and they responded fairly quickly but unfortunately did not support the technical part.my best big disappointment - steering wheel radio das Device no matter how it was connected did not work with my controller, although everything I programmed into each button showed a successful connection.I've been using the FM radio (no AM) for a few days and am noticing problems with the stuttering Screen, the independent scrolling, the volume control of the radio sometimes no longer works, the side buttons of the touchscreen are sometimes sometimes dark, the navigation stops working during a test drive, you are simply locked in to work. I haven't had the unit for a very long time so I will return it if the seller helps me with these issues and I will be more than happy to change this review to a positive one if this is the case. When you buy something, it should at least work as advertised, simply put. Hope you have better luck than me.
