Review on Firefly Reservations by David Lesperance

I love that it's user friendly and makes it very easy for me to take care of my clients needs. It's also great that there are many different options to choose from and it has all the bells and whistles. There isn't much to dislike about this software. If you're looking for a simple way to run your business then this is a great option. You can easily track every aspect of your business and there is nothing that I dislike about this software. I like that it has all of my favorite features within one place! It's so simple yet effective. There are some things about this software which could be improved upon (more options when creating custom fields). But overall everything works as intended. We have been able to streamline our customer service process by using firefly instead of having multiple different systems we had before.
