Review on ExactAsk by Jeremy Carpenter

I like that it helps us to know who our best donors are, so we can better target them for future campaigns. Also, it's great to have an easy way to see how many people have already responded to past campaigns. Sometimes, the reports aren't as clear as they could be. Maybe there could be a little more explanation about what each number means? It would help if there was a more detailed explanation of what each number means. We're using this software to figure out which donors need the most support, and then send them messages or calls asking for a contribution.
