The ability to enroll employees in a plan on a monthly basis. The ability to change the plan at any time, without having to wait for the end of the month. The ability to view all the plans in one place. It would be helpful to have a calendar view of the enrollment period to help plan out the schedule of enrollments. The system does not allow for you to enroll in a plan outside of the period you are enrolled in. For example, if you are enrolled in a plan for the month of November, you cannot enroll in a plan for January. We are able to enroll employees in a plan at any time without waiting for the end of the month. This has helped to reduce the time it takes to enroll employees in a plan.
