Wish I could tell my younger self to save money
When I started strength training, I was convinced that it would do me good. Bought 11 times from Revain, it costs $220. Guys, it's just a placebo. Oral ATP bioavailability is initially unpredictable, but even if it were somewhat significant, it would not compare to pre-workout ingredients. Buy a pre-workout, not this one. Believe me.
