I have worked closely in this agency for almost two years now as an account manager helping manage our clients' social media accounts. They take their job very seriously, always providing updates within hours or minutes after they happen so that we can keep up! The team is committed to doing what's best for my client rather than pushing out content because it will get likes/comments etc. Sometimes there isn't much work coming through but when things do come around - be prepared to put your hand up if you're interested! My role has been managing all aspects from strategy development to implementation across three different platforms (Facebook, Instagram & Twitter).
