The floor in my apartment used to be disgusting, now look <3 These things fit together like a puzzle and stick together. The adhesive wasn't very strong, but I honestly prefer to clean the adhesive off the floor once I move out of my rental. Cutting the pieces was very easy, I just used scissors.
