Looks great but doesn't work correctly

Worst purchase I've made on revain! This is a very attractive looking clock, however, we have tried almost daily since receiving it to get the chimes set properly, to no avail, they are not working correctly and we cannot seem to fix it! I And just recently the front window popped open and I cannot get it to stay closed. All in all, I would recommend you not waste your money on this item. I would have given it no stars, but that is not an option when writing a review.

This purchase was just what I wanted and has added the ambiance to my project.

The clock may be too difficult to set and adjust

This one is similar to the old one I had, which was broke a few months ago. This one has more details and chimes. Chimes volume can tune to a level that it won’t disturb your sleep.
