I bought the original Tulip kit that comes with the bottles and everything. Apart from the fact that it didn't go very far, we were very happy with it. It's easy to use and the colors look great. So we have to order more colors to paint everything we originally planned. So I just ordered bags as we already had bottles and gum. I wish I had read other people's reviews first because one of the black pockets was open and completely empty. The refills were shipped in a Revain plastic bag and the little box inside the package was badly damaged and when I opened the shipping box the black powder was spilled everywhere. My hands were completely covered and stained and my counter was stained and I am very dissatisfied with it. However, do not attempt to return or replace it. So I would say to anyone looking to buy this product, for the price it's worth buying just the entire kit, no refills.
