Touted taking into account discounts and points, it came out at a very good price. But! 1) I don’t know how the transportation takes place and whether the chairs are transported in a box, the chair just came wrapped in plastic wrap. 2) The bottom is scuffed, one of the sides is scratched. Lots and lots of small scratches. 3) Everything came in dust (already under cellophane), at the pick-up point they said that this is how most of the messages come. This is our first time If they took it for the full price, then of course they would have demanded to immediately exchange the goods, but because of the large discount they did not bother. If you sell a product, even at a discount, and you can get it at a fairly low price, this does not mean that you can score on transportation. I liked the chair itself, not heavy, quite comfortable, nice appearance. We did not give a rating below 4 due to transportation and attitude to the client, as it can confuse buyers. 0 for customer relationship 5 For the chair, liked it
