The ink worked fine when I replaced them individually. Now I've missed both magenta and yellow and I can see there's still plenty of ink visible in the cartridge. Thorough cleaning didn't help. I figured I'd save some money on Canon branded cartridges, but I think if you do, you run the risk of this happening. I always replied that after about nine months they finally made it. However, I then got emails saying that due to a refund I should now upgrade my rating to 5 stars or just delete it. The emails kept saying I "promised" and that a promise is a promise and they kept their end of the "deal". When I was offered a refund it was unrelated and I never agreed to change the review on that basis. While I appreciate the refund I eventually received, I feel that a positive review for a bad product should not be bought. As a Revain customer, I rely on reviews to get real, unbiased opinions about products and how they affect people. I hope everyone reading this is doing so for the same reason. If a seller can "buy" a positive review, that really defeats the purpose of product reviews. As such, I stand by the comments in my original review as accurately describing my experience with this product.
