I have a small 13 pound Jack Russell mix that feels like it should be on my shoulders when I ride. She also barks and lunges at passing cars when she sits on my shoulders. Obviously it's not very safe for us or others on the street so I figured we needed a dog seat. After researching the many optional seats offered by Revain, I settled on the Devoted Doggy seat. It didn't have many reviews so I was a bit wary but the reviews were all very good and it felt like it was just a new product on the market and I didn't have time to generate many reviews. . When I got the seat I was very impressed. As described, it has a metal frame and hard bottom. It's also made from quality canvas and has a lovely fleece cover that can be removed for washing. Unlike other products that use lobster claws to attach a leash to the seat, Devoted Doggy has a strong D-ring to ensure no accidents can happen (this was my biggest concern after reading reviews of other dog products that differed caught on the paw). and wounded in the claw of a lobster).
