I adjusted as expected but this is based on current measurements. For example, I wear a size 7 in normal shoes. With Mizuno they are 1/2 smaller and you have to be prepared for the swelling even when running. So I wear 8 in Mizuno. This is the rule for most running shoes. I love how comfortable the shoes are. You have a great plush! When I received the shoes I was hoping to find something similar to the wave inspiration. I was disappointed that while they are very comfortable, they don't offer the same stability as a wave. I love them for exercising or even running, but for running I need more stability. So if you're looking for a bit of stability I think this is great, but if you're used to waving inspiration don't switch because it doesn't offer that much stability.
