Review on SHULZ Easy Disk orange (requires final assembly) by Franciszka Rogowska ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

No complaints, I recommend the product for purchase.

I took it in addition / replacement of a full-fledged one with 26.5 wheels, in comparison with it, the base of the bike turned out to be 5-6 cm shorter, on the control in motion and comfort, if it did not affect it, it was not noticeable (at the same time, maneuverability increased). Riding in the city practically does not differ in comfort and speed of movement from a full-size ("mountain" entry-level) bike I wanted a folding one, so as not to fold the seat in the car to transport the bike, the bike practically lives in the car, I came home put it in the trunk, pulled it out in the morning. I took the red one in the hope that my wife would ride, but so far it has not been possible to attract her, her full-size one has been lying on the balcony for a year . The purchase is fully in line with expectations.

Pros
  • Folding. Folds and unfolds fairly quickly and without problems. There is nothing in the kit, but the bike is almost ready for use, only red / white and yellow reflectors are not hung on the wheels. My weight is almost 100kg, so far it can withstand. All the pros are described on the site, so the cons:
Cons
  • - on the first trips, he creaked all over at the joints, even worried that the weight was too big for him, I weigh just under the upper bar, almost 100 kg. I filled it with WD40 and the connection was fine. - also in the kit there were some plastic parts in the form of the letter "S", a centimeter in height, and did not understand what they were for. - the rear brake is not adjusted: it either rubs or does not slow down if you take it away and in order for the rear brake to at least somehow begin to slow down the handle, you had to squeeze it to the end. It turned out that the brake mechanism was screwed skewed, and the pads were not parallel to the disc, loosened the mount / set it up and set it up, now everything is fine. - there was a crack in the pedal assembly for the first 50 km, at first I wanted to quarrel because I considered it a marriage, but then it somehow went away without intervention on my part. - there is a backlash in the steering column in the folding mechanism, until I climbed into it I did not see if it was possible to tighten something. - In the folded state, it is not so small in fact.
