I've tried most pizza pans and this one is THE BEST. I've tried pizza cutters, various round roller knives, a large sharp knife, wedge blades and nothing works as smoothly as this one. It is very sharp and comes with a blade guard. A wiggling motion across the entire surface is enough, no matter how much filling you put in. The filling and cheese are not knocked over like other methods and very clean cuts are made. Once it becomes dull, it can be sharpened. Clean up right after eating to keep leftovers from drying out. If it doesn't clean up easily, dampen a tea towel and fold it over the blade, covering both sides, and let it soften for a few minutes. This is what most pizza places use. This can also come in handy when slicing other foods on a cutting board.
