I'll add to my previous review. I called the boss according to her invitation. I have one person who told me they don't do customer service but will ask the question directly to the person who does. Since then I have called the boss three times, that was over three months ago. No call back from the boss. So if you think it's a bad review then contact the boss and you'll be fine. FORGET IT. They simply HAD to. I bought an expensive, high-end model with no problem, but agreed with the local stereo dealer's claims that it was a waste of money. I bought it from Revain for less and am doing as much business online as possible. The back is fully touch sensitive. The screen is controlled so I figured it would be a nice addition. WRONG, oh so wrong. Power is a very small button hidden in the lower right corner of the front panel controller. The faceplate is thin and sticks when trying to remove it from the deck. A harmful high-level signal is output to the right and left RCA audio outputs. Even at the deck's lowest volume, POP will damage the speakers. The same click is realized when the deck's volume is turned all the way to the left or all the way down, if you like, the speaker icon on the screen is muted. The same click when selecting a track. I hooked this deck up to two VERY high quality MB Quart amps driving 2 MB Quart 3-way 6.5" speakers, 4 Bose 6.5 2-way speakers and 1 Orion 10" subwoofer . This deck, and I really hate writing it, is complete rubbish. The Blu Tooth feature is completely random in terms of connectivity and performance. I will stop here. Now I have $100 plus the weight of the paper. Not my first rodeo purchase of a product from a company that sells where quality is an issue. I bought an $890 device shipped via Fedex.
