DC failure and loss after running a 35W fan for about 6 hours. When I try to turn on the controller, it receives DC power but does not send AC power. I have to reset it by turning it off with the power button, letting it run for a few seconds and then turning it back on with the power button. It works but makes me skeptical about its durability as it's only the first day I've tried running my fan at work. The battery is fully charged, communication is good. It would be nice if there was a company website that had an online manual available as I didn't provide my manual during installation. Edit: The controller worked for a few minutes after a reboot. The temperature of the RV's roof did not exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit. I'm not sure why he cut himself off. The product said nothing about the internal timer. Edit 2: The connection keeps dropping. Communication is good, the batteries are not dead. Turning it off and letting it sit for a few minutes still helps get it working again. It wouldn't be such a big deal if I didn't use it to power a fan that keeps my dog cool while I'm at work. I'm not sure how to even claim a guarantee for this as there isn't even a website to apply. Buy another inverter.
