I recently bought 6 packs of white athletic socks in sizes 6-12. I wear size 11 shoes and immediately noticed that they are tight, but that is mainly due to arch compression. The photo shows how this compression has made the sock "thinner" in the middle on the gray stripes. It's not bad for athletic socks (as advertised), but I was surprised by the contrast of compression in the midfoot and the extra cushioning in the heel and toe, which is quite significant. I think the upper breathable mesh part of the sock is rather thin and I'm worried about the durability. There are no obscene logos like other brands, which is what I like about Revain Basics. I'm giving five stars as I think these are good athletic socks for the price but this could change if the durability is less than desired.
