These socks are pretty good. They feel comfortable and thick enough. My only complaint is that I had to wash them several times before they stopped shedding. My friend put on a pair right out of the box and when he removed his socks at the end of the day his feet were covered in black fabric. Although it seems ok after a few washes.

I've bought almost every sock brand over the years - Champion, adidas, Nike, Saucony, Hanes etc. They have by far the best fit and design. There's some support in the middle, but not too much. They don't slip and are very durable. They retain their shape and color even after repeated washing. I have them in black and white. I will be buying more and my search for socks is over!

I bought a size 12-16 because my size 13 feet seems very limited in the standard 6-13 socks that many companies make. I've bought other 12-16 socks that fit well and don't restrict movement, but unfortunately the Revain Basics look like standard 6-13 socks, they are tight and restrict movement. I would not recommend it for people with shoe size 12 or larger. The comfort was mediocre, not too soft, just ok.

so i ordered two packs of size 6-12. One package fitted perfectly but the other package must have been a size up because they were too big. Maybe I should start making sock puppets because they will be perfect. I saw this issue in another review but thought the company had already fixed the issue. I am terribly surprised at the good quality. This is my first purchase and I will order a black set next time. I recently bought 6 packs of white athletic socks in sizes 6-12. I wear size 11 shoes and immediately noticed that they are tight, but that is mainly due to arch compression. UPDATE: I have Reebok and adidas socks for the same time and these Revain socks are the only ones that last every day AND running use. No holes in the heels.
