Review on Tekmon by Adam Walsh

The ease in which you can create campaigns, track results & see analytics is very helpful! I dislike that there are no reports available outside from what's provided by our account manager (which they don't provide enough detail about). They've been able make this tool work well within my organization but it has not yet become part o their standard offerings like other vendors have done - we need more flexibility than just sending out emails when needed!! It allows us an easy way communicate quickly w/our customers without having them call each individual person directly if something needs addressed immediately-.
