Great platform for customer communications

The ease in which you can create campaigns, track results & see analytics is very helpful! I dislike that there are no reports available outside from what's provided by our account manager (which they don't provide enough detail about). They've been able make this tool work well within my organization but it has not yet become part o their standard offerings like other vendors have done - we need more flexibility than just sending out emails when needed!! It allows us an easy way communicate…

  • Report functionality would be helpful, and having the ability to send out emails when we need, rather than waiting

Excellent tool to reach large masses of students

The ease in which I can send out mass emails, as well as track my progress is what makes this product stand above others! There are many other products that do similar things but they lack some features like tracking your results (which helps me keep up motivation). If you're looking into bulk emailing then definitely give it try because there's no better way than sending through an automated system such as tekmons!! It has helped us get our word spread around campus faster by reaching more…

  • I love how easy it is to use Tekmon, and the amount of features it has to offer

  • There is nothing I dislike about Tekmon, and it's pretty much all I've ever used for mass emailing
