Works after removing hard plastic insert

So overall I like this product. First remove the hard plastic. Apparently you should leave it on, but if you're using it on a bathtub or a crooked spot it won't work unless you remove it. Once I've removed it and played around a bit I can get it working. The instructions on the packaging are extremely limited. If there had been better instructions, I think a lot of disappointment could have been avoided.
