Great for the price if you take the time to get it right.

I hung this on the window in our laundry room a year ago. It was very easy to apply (after reading some manuals and buying a window tint "kit" which included a duster, mortar (water works too), a mop and a razor). insanely hot. After tinting, the room becomes MUCH cooler. Note that if you look out the window on a bright day, it will appear cloudy because it is dark. Love it! During the day the windows outside appear black - looks great. At night you can look into the house when the light is on inside. So it doesn't let much heat in, looks good. Now for some of the negative reviews - folds and fit. The first time I ordered a small roll 16x60 - it arrived perfectly, with no wrinkles. The second time I ordered a large roll - 60x72 or something like that. He was in a huge pipe and as others have said, he collapsed a bit. I didn't really "crumple" it, but it did crumple a little, and the piece was so huge that it crumpled every time I took it out and unwrapped it. Luckily NONE of these creases became creases and I had no problems - the creases appeared during installation. But I would recommend buying the smallest roll that suits your needs as such a large part is difficult to work with. If you purchase this piece, lay it out, measure and trim, then tape directly over the window to hold it in place when you begin installation. Installation is no different - it's easy with a little practice. I bought this kit: https://smile.amazon.com/Gila-Window-Film-Complete-Installation/dp/B002YXPITY/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1531258344&sr=8-7&keywords=window+tint+installation+ kitAll you do this: 1. Roughly trim the foil - leave at least 1/2 inch around the perimeter.2. Then clean the window with window cleaner and remove dust with the dust cloth from the installation set.3. Then spray the window with assembly spray (you can also use normal water)4. Then remove the protective film from the paint and spray water on the sticky side of the paint. They want things to get REALLY wet.5. Apply the tint to the lens and simply press it on from all sides with your hand.6. Squeeze out some water to make it stick instead of moving.7. Use the included razor to cut the piece to size - you just cut along the edge of the window, it's easy.8. Apply more pressure, starting in the center and slowly moving in all directions to push out the bubbles. Do this with a rag in hand to wipe up any water that drips under the tint. Squeeze until the bubbles disappear. Ready. That looks great. It took me about an hour to make our large 72" x 48" window made up of 8 individual panels. Looks amazing, no blisters and the heat in this room (which gets direct daylight in Florida) has been reduced by at least 60%. Now I'm ordering my third roll. Please note that we chose not to have windows in the living room because as I wrote they black out it so much that it looks cloudy outside and I don't want the living room to look like that. But we cleaned our family room, upper deck and laundry room. I hope that was helpful. :)
