Review on EXERPEUTIC Inversion Table: AIRSOFT NO PINCH Ankle Holders, SURELOCK Safety Ratchet System & Lumbar Support! by Jonathan Reddick

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Very well made but with a key feature missing.

This table was very easy to assemble, came probably 75% preassembled with only about 6 steps to put it all together. The leg grips are comfortable as advertised and it is sturdy under my 260+ lb weight. My only disappointment is that it can’t get to a full vertical position. Almost but not quite. And almost is just not good enough. If you don’t care about that feature this will be a great unit for you. However if its going to bug you that 80 degrees is all you can get out of it then you may as well save up for a Teeter. I wish I had because even though Walmart would likely let me return it, what a hassle to box this thing back up.In the end its 1/3 the price of the USA name brand and that is what will decide it for most folks. It will give you a reasonable stretch but not as good as one that can get to a full 90 where your back can hang away from the board. As long as your back is in contact with the board you are not getting the full benefits.

Pros
  • Can improve posture - Regular use of the inversion table helps to decompress the spine, which can lead to improved posture and a reduction in back pain
Cons
  • May not be effective for users with more acute back pain or conditions
