Very Sturdy! on my review.

This is my first inversion table. (I used to use a yoga headstand chair, but it started bothering my shoulders.) The benefits of inversion are numerous and include reducing lymphatic congestion.I chose this table over the less expensive, Walmart Choice table for the soft ankle grips and lumbar support. The package is large and heavy. Although it stayed in the rain for a few hours before I got home and the box had a few punctures from handling during shopping, the contents were dry and…

Pros
  • ‎unisex-adult
Cons
  • May not be sturdy enough for heavier users

Great Value! - my new review

This is a great conversion table and even better value. I have had others in the past that were +$400 and this one is just as good. It secures your legs well and it is much more comfortable than the traditional design. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the color scheme (blue, black, brown, yellow). It does not make sense.

Pros
  • They shipper destroyed the box and scratched it the equipment but at least it works
Cons
  • IT may be wonderful, hence the three stars, but I never was able to get it off my porch.

Heavy duty construction, easy assembly. Works well.

I have a pinched lumbar nerve, causing leg pain and numbness. Couldn't get surgery due to the stay-at-home closures of surgery center. Bought this to try and get some relief - and it helps! As my surgeon said, it's only temporary relief, as gravity takes over when you are upright again.BUT, using this three or 4 times a day seems to lessen the pain - I felt relief the first time I used it, and each time I invert. I use the lowest angle setting, and wish there was one just a little lower. It's…

Pros
  • Enhanced safety features - The SURELOCK safety ratchet system and AIRSOFT no pinch ankle holders provide a secure and safe experience while using the inversion table
Cons
  • General discomfort in the feet for some users

Sturdy Inversion Table IF Your Condition Warrants Its Use

I ordered this inversion table hoping it would help with intractable leg pain. It turned out that I needed hip replacement surgery and the inversion table was not helpful. A friend of mine now has it, however, and uses it at least 3-4 times per week for pain in his lower thoracic and lumbar spine. He says the inversion table is wonderful and gives him great pain relief.Be sure to read and follow the assembly instructions carefully to assemble this device, and know that is is fairly heavy and…

Pros
  • Sports & Outdoors
Cons
  • Assembly may be difficult for some users and require additional assistance

This is my second inversion machine. Our first was too bulky to keep, and unable to be folded. But I wish I had it back. It was more sturdy, easier to use, and far more comfortable. This machine is anything but comfortable. The ankle holders feel loose and sloppy. You will not feel secure. The headrest is, well, there isn't one. The machine desperately needs an adjustable headrest. It also needs more padding in the back support. Firm memory foam would be an upgrade. It sort of reminds me of the

Pros
  • Lumbar support - The inclusion of lumbar support provides added comfort and support to your lower back, helping to alleviate any pain or discomfort
Cons
  • May not work well for people over a certain height or weight threshold

Very well made but with a key feature missing.

This table was very easy to assemble, came probably 75% preassembled with only about 6 steps to put it all together. The leg grips are comfortable as advertised and it is sturdy under my 260+ lb weight. My only disappointment is that it can’t get to a full vertical position. Almost but not quite. And almost is just not good enough. If you don’t care about that feature this will be a great unit for you. However if its going to bug you that 80 degrees is all you can get out of it then you may as…

Pros
  • Can improve posture - Regular use of the inversion table helps to decompress the spine, which can lead to improved posture and a reduction in back pain
Cons
  • May not be effective for users with more acute back pain or conditions
