EXERPEUTIC Inversion Table with AIRSOFT NO PINCH Ankle Holders-- Not Good

This is my second inversion machine. Our first was too bulky to keep, and unable to be folded. But I wish I had it back. It was more sturdy, easier to use, and far more comfortable. This machine is anything but comfortable. The ankle holders feel loose and sloppy. You will not feel secure. The headrest is, well, there isn't one. The machine desperately needs an adjustable headrest. It also needs more padding in the back support. Firm memory foam would be an upgrade. It sort of reminds me of the feeling of laying on a flat metal table for x-rays. It is about that uncomfortable. i do not think either my wife nor myself can lay on this back support and relax enough to let gravity work the magic of stretching the spine. I'm 5'8" and the only way i can get the balance to work is set it for someone 5'10" to 5'11". The height adjustment is 2 inches off for both of us. If I set if for my height, It will not invert without force applied. All in all, I would rate this as my worst expenditure for exercise equipment. The real disappointment is that i'll probably have to give this one away to go out and find a better model.---It was not easy to put together. The instructions are not simple, and it is easy to put the seat brackets into the holders the wrong way, and we spent some time scratching our heads to think, what is wrong with this. It sits too upright to start. Pictures didn't help too much. There are only two possibilities, but the right one is not obvious, and i have a degree in mechanical engineering. Ha.I would highly recommend you find a better inversion table before plunking down your cash.

Pros
  • Lumbar support - The inclusion of lumbar support provides added comfort and support to your lower back, helping to alleviate any pain or discomfort
Cons
  • May not work well for people over a certain height or weight threshold
