Review on EXERPEUTIC Inversion Table: AIRSOFT NO PINCH Ankle Holders, SURELOCK Safety Ratchet System & Lumbar Support! by Deejay Devarashetty

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Heavy duty construction, easy assembly. Works well.

I have a pinched lumbar nerve, causing leg pain and numbness. Couldn't get surgery due to the stay-at-home closures of surgery center. Bought this to try and get some relief - and it helps! As my surgeon said, it's only temporary relief, as gravity takes over when you are upright again.BUT, using this three or 4 times a day seems to lessen the pain - I felt relief the first time I used it, and each time I invert. I use the lowest angle setting, and wish there was one just a little lower. It's not a major issue. The back is nicely padded, and it comes with an adjustable removable lumbar support (which I prefer not to use, but it will help some). It's a very well built unit, extremely solid, easy (relatively) to assemble with clear instructions, and all parts are clearly labeled. It's important to adjust the footrest so that you are perfectly balanced - once that is done, I am surprised at how easily you can rock back and forth by moving your arms up & down, balancing at various angles.I recommend this unit
