So it turned out to be the perfect solution for my project. I convert the drive wheels into a supercharged fire truck. I needed a siren that would allow me to control the volume and this was the only suitable solution I could find. At full volume, the Sir is LOUD, as is the voice mic. However, the sirens and voice mic don't seem to work at the same volume. So if you turn the siren volume down to an acceptable level, the speech mic will stop being heard (because it's much lower). This is more pronounced the lower you set the slider. But overall I am very satisfied with this item and it is very easy to connect to the battery.
