There is value, but only if they continue to work, right? Microphones are super thin. The quality of the plastic just isn't there. Bought two of these devices. Within the first 3 hours of using one of them, the mic completely failed and started making bad feedback noise (constantly). Various buttons on the microphone also failed, including (horn, siren). I installed this baby under the hood and routed the cables through the firewall into the cabin. From here I powered this thing from the 12V cigarette lighter socket in my console.
