IT'S CUTE BUT NOT FOR KITTENS
I originally bought these collars because they were meant to be KITTEN collars. Unfortunately, they are about the size of a regular cat collar. But since I'm smart, I was able to find out with a rubber band. Overall, the collars and bow are very cute and can be easily removed for cats who don't like that aspect. Would give 5/5 if they were REAL kitty collars!
