Purchased on __. Returnable by April 5, 2019 with a product support window until June 4, 2019. It worked great initially, although the sound quality was poor. Had to retune my favorite station every few days as it wasn't digital radio so wasn't sure if the unit was faulty or the station was drifting. At some point it stopped working completely. There's no customer support to complain to and no warranty the manufacturer has to uphold. Conclusion: NOT RECOMMENDED for customer purchase, especially for emergency radios.
