Despite correct answers to questions about year/make/model/fittings/etc, the radiator did not fit my 2wd Tacoma forerunner 1999 of the year. Be sure to measure your radiator. I should have ordered a CU1755 which was 22 5/8 inches, NOT this CU1774 which was 20 3/4 inches. Amazon should better solve this. It was a gamble to order auto parts online but for the price it was hard to beat this radiator is about 2 inches shorter. The width and brackets match perfectly, but the fan shroud that attaches to my truck's radiator is 2 inches taller. The shorter radiator also meant the lower engine water hose didn't fit properly, so instead of fiddling with the return I decided to swap out the plastic fan shroud and water hose. I didn't want to be without a vehicle for another week or two so I should have made these modifications. Below 2 inch plastic. The fan shroud had to be cut off. The otherwise completely "sealed" hood shape now has a gap at the bottom of the heatsink. The water hose also had to be cut off about an inch at each end the truck with this configuration works fine. I live in Southern California where traffic is a headache and it gets hot so time will tell if that holds up.
