Received today. Delivery was fast. When I moved into my tile house in Florida, my girlfriend (Alice) lent it to me. Now she has to get Alice back and I put it off lol. It was almost a bad rating. It worked for me and it made an awful clicking noise. Finally, after a thorough check, I flipped it over and the latch holding the brushes in place hadn't engaged, although it was great at picking up dirt and cat hair. Now it sounds normal and I'm happy again. It was a great purchase. Can't live without it in a fully tiled house, especially with animals. It makes the edges look nice and clean, and I love that I can schedule it through my phone. Haven't tried Alexa yet but I'm sure it won't be a problem as the initial setup was very easy. Two days after buying it was $20 off which sucks lol. But I still highly recommend this product. I just need a name for it. Alice was taken lol.
