It fits my 2004 Dodge Ram 5.7.
Fits and works. 2 tips, there is no gasket on the 04, the gasket is on the thermostat, and make sure the small brass nipple/valve is at 12 o'clock or above when you insert it. No need to remove straps or fans. Wipe or brush the case and its mounting points. good to go
