Review on 🔌 Iota DLS-45/IQ4 - Smart Battery Charger/Power Supply, 12V 45 Amp, 4-Stage Automatic by Michael Wilson

I bought this in addition to the 20Amp charger that came factory installed on my boat. When I'm plugged in or docked, I want to be able to quickly charge my home's battery while the generator set is running. If I run this charger and the factory charger in parallel, I can get 65A. If I run the generator set for about an hour and turn on the water heater at the same time, I get hot water and can top up my house bank. I could never do it in a reasonable amount of time with just a factory installed charger. It is installed in a dry place, so moisture is not a problem. This charger is not designed for humid environments. Also make sure the connection to the battery is secured according to ABYC standards. I used a 60A ANL fuse next to the battery.
