Everything was well packed. I have sensitive skin and was a bit skeptical that it wouldn't burn my skin when I read the bad reviews, but as for me, I gave it a try and to be honest it didn't burn my skin. Just a little tingling but not bad at all and I've used it on my eyebrows (yes it says not to use it on eyebrows) it worked really well on them and on my upper lip. The instructions also say it's a maximum of 5 or 8 minutes, no more, otherwise it may be the cause of the burning sensation. Also very less painful and fast. In any case, a great product. I think they have great products.
