Contains about half of the required anchors. Oddly, the instructions say the anchors are for brick/concrete, but they are standard plastic-sleeved anchors that work great in drywall as well. I have a bucket of other anchors so I didn't have to run to the hardware store. It would be nice to add enough anchors. The brackets slide too easily. Not sure what could be done about it. I mean when I pick the bike up to put it on it's very easy to slide it sideways a bit and the hook stay slides to the right. It was sliding so much it was too close to the bracket next to it so I had to lower the bike back down and correct the clearance before hanging the two bikes I was using that day. In general, however, this is a good solution.
