Excellent Customer Service, Extremely Responsive

The support team has been amazing! I have never had to wait hours for an issue resolved or even get my questions answered in reasonable timeframes as they are always quick at getting back too me once i've submitted them via email/chat etc. It would be nice if there were some better resources out their about how to use all of our products - especially those that aren't quite clear like Video 360 (which was not what it advertised). We needed help setting up video advertising but couldn't find any examples online which made us feel very lost when trying to do this ourselves without professional experience using these tools. In short though everything else looks fantastic so far apart from one minor problem solved by other providers such as Google adsense etc where you can actually see your success rate compared against others who advertise similar services. We have been working with them for about two years now in creating our websites. They are extremely responsive to customer feedback and questions! I would recommend their services because of this - they also do excellent work at keeping us up to date with new developments in technology (which can be hard sometimes!) I don't know enough about them to say anything negative but if you're looking for someone who will listen to your needs and provide good advice I highly recommend them!
