Three-level lighting is installed on the sidewalk of our home. These 2w LED bulbs appear to be a great replacement for the original 18w incandescent bulbs. Ever since the streetlights were first installed, the glass-pedestal bulbs have wobbled. Sometimes the lightbulbs went dim and I had to open the lightbulbs and change the lightbulbs. These LED bulbs have a plastic base that is easy to install and fits snugly and securely into the bulb socket, eliminating the need to regularly reinsert the bulbs into their sockets. They are at least as bright as incandescent bulbs. The advertised light color of 3000K appears to be accurate. The only open question is durability. Will her life expectancy be as stated? 18W incandescent lamps have spoiled me. In the last (20) years I have not changed a single bulb in my ten street lamps.
