I'm always looking for new kitchen gadgets and utensils that make my life easier. This is without a doubt one of the most useful kitchen purchases I've ever made. An attractive green skin that stands out but is still subdued enough to be served (if desired). The bowl is durable and has a non-slip bottom - perfect for blending or blending in a bowl. HIGH-QUALITY MANUFACTURE: The material not only withstood cold running water when rinsing the salad, but also the dishwasher. While it's not intended for use with boiling water, I've used it that way with no issues, which is a testament to the bowl's durability. even pour boiling water through a sieve (without fear or hesitation). The design of the strainer combined with the shape of the bowl is perfect for pouring, but the mesh of the strainer is high enough that I can fill it about half full with liquid while cooking. heat resistant material (rated for use with boiling water) or possibly a stainless steel version. Although I was pleasantly surprised at how it holds up!
