I ordered a small compression vest for men. The product was too big on the shoulders as I am not tall. This is already the third item I order, but the fabric and design of this brand is really good quality. I didn't send it back. Give it to someone who wanted this item to match. The material is spandex and nylon but it's not as thin and stretchy as another brand I've ordered. It is thick so not suitable for summer unless you need to sweat while exercising. But it is a soft and comfortable feeling. I washed it back to back in the washing machine a few times in hot water to see if it would shrink and it faded or didn't fade even after putting it in the dryer for two hours. A good product. If you want tight compression I recommend going down a size if you are short, up to 5ft 6in. Note: Washing Instructions: Hand wash and hang dry.
