A few years ago I bought and installed a cheaper version of the battery for my Roomba. I only had about 2 months on the new battery and my Roomba never worked properly after installing the new battery. Sometimes it wouldn't dock properly or just work in circles and then turn off, but eventually it would glitch and keep saying "Please dock Roomba" even though it had been docked for 24 hours at that point. I bought a cheaper battery without knowing that it would make your Roomba not work properly. I ended up having to replace the Roomba entirely. When the battery had to be replaced this time, I read in my user manual that only original batteries should be used. I bought this EXTENDED LIFE from Revain and my Roomba is working great again. Not a single mistake like last time. I've only had it a month and a half, but my Roomba works like new. It works about 100-120 minutes before needing to be charged. I can completely vacuum about three large rooms before charging. I used to only be able to make 2 rooms. I recommend this replacement battery for the Roomba 500 series.
