Review on MasterChinese by Butros Allen

I just made a purchase from the online store of MasterChinese, and I have to tell that overall, my experience was not very satisfying. I had ordered some art supplies. Despite the fact that they offer a diverse assortment of products, the quality of the items I ordered was unsatisfactory. The sumi brushes that I got were defective, as the hairs were loosely attached, and the calligraphy ink that I purchased was of poor quality and too watery. When I spent money on these things, just to find out that they did not live up to my expectations, it was really disheartening. To make matters even worse, the shipping took significantly longer than I had anticipated, and when I contacted customer care to complain about the delay, they were unhelpful and unresponsive. In general, I do not advocate making purchases from the internet store run by MasterChinese. Both the products themselves and the service provided to customers were unsatisfactory.
