Review on Smart Company Employee Training Manager by Chad Judex

The easy tracking of all staff's progress, from registration to completion! Easy setup via our in-house team who has experience with this product since its launch - no problems reported after 18 months use so far for us and we've used several other cloud products too so it isn't new news. Could try harder at keeping their service open (we are having trouble accessing one department without knowing they're down or something). A bit confusing compared using another app as there needs be more consistency with how many days left/complete etc each section requires inputting training info rather than relying off what I know already but can fix by adding additional sections later if required - which would then make sense when comparing 2 otherwise identical apps. We have 1 full time HR admin to ensure compliance across multiple functions within my own business therefore requiring them to track trainee progression, attendance etc. Having access everywhere meant I could log into anywhere and easily update any changes made within hours vs waiting till end of day next week once back with colleagues / manager with handwritten notes. The ease of use, the ability to see what you have already been through (which makes it easy to plan future courses), and the fact that it's very simple to set up. There are some minor bugs with the software, but nothing major. I would highly recommend this software to anyone looking for a good way to manage training. It has made our administration process much easier. We can now easily keep track of all training.
