I'm a part of the customer service team. We are always looking to provide the best service to our customers. I have enjoyed the challenge of working in the customer service and fulfillment teams. At times, customer service can be a challenge. But, I am always confident in my skillset and the abilities I have honed to provide excellent service to our customers. I look forward to the future. There could always be room for improvement, and we will continue to grow and work at that level. We are able to handle the bulk of our fulfillment and shipping needs. We are also able to work with our customers and understand any specific needs we may not have been able to provide otherwise. I'm also able to provide the customer with the proper information to ensure they are satisfied with their order. The best thing about ironlinx is that they have very good customer service. I can't think of anything bad to say about them! They are always willing to help with any questions or concerns you might have. We use their shipping department for all our freight shipments. It's easy to track everything through your account online. Also, it makes things so much easier when we need someone else from outside the office to pick up packages at the terminal.
